One price for the year, in Australian dollars with GST included. No tiers, no add-ons for the basics, and no lock-in beyond the year you have paid for.
Not included: domain registration and renewals, and design or content work, which we quote separately.

How it works
Sign up
Pay for the year by card. Tell us your domain and business name on the form. You hear from us within one business day.
We move your site
We copy your site across, check every page, then point your domain at the new server. Email moves with it, or stays where it is if you prefer.
We keep it running
Backups, updates and monitoring happen without you. When you want something changed, email us.
Questions
Where is my site actually hosted?
On a DigitalOcean server in Sydney that we run. Your site has its own isolated container with its own database and memory allowance, so another site misbehaving cannot take yours down.
What happens if the server dies?
Every site is backed up nightly to a second server, and we test restoring from those backups every month. A full rebuild onto a new server takes about an hour. We commit to 99.9% uptime each month outside announced maintenance, with a credit if we miss it. The detail is in the terms.
Do I own my site?
Yes. Your content, your domain, your data. If you leave, we hand over a full export of the site files and database within 14 days, free.
Can I still log in and edit things myself?
Yes. You keep a WordPress admin login. The only things locked down are the ones that break sites: editing theme code from the browser and installing plugins without us checking them first.
What about my email?
Included. Hosting comes with mailboxes on your own domain, webmail, spam filtering and the DNS records set up properly so your mail is trusted. You manage your own mailboxes and aliases from a simple admin page. If you already use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and want to keep it, that is fine too.
Is hosting included if you built my site?
If we built your site, hosting was quoted alongside it. This page is for sites built by someone else, or older sites moving onto the new platform.
